My PA found a lump and I'm going in for an ultrasound next week. Was yours benign?

"DO THIS!!!" Dry fast 2 days a week, change your diet. No diary, sugar, packaged foods, wheat products. Drink at least 4 litres of alkalizing water a day and exercise minimum 30 mins a day. As a nurse, I one day had to lift a heavy woman without anyones help. As I got her out of her chair and onto the bed, I heard a ripping sound and a pop! The next day I had alot of pain and the doctor only gave me tranquilizers, but I had to continue to work. A lump started un der my arm and eventually got to my left breast. Now 9 years after, even if I go to the doctor they talk about removing my breast, even when I tell them of my experience. My left arm cant extend as high as my right. But I will not be used as a guinea pig just to operate anybold way. I went to a naturest and he has cured many people of cancer by diet. Hes a Doctor and he said that I have no cancer.Thank God. It was a broken tendon. Years ago Spain had great doctors but with a socialest gov. now in, many doctors have no experience. Sad.

People like you cause people with cancer to die by telling them nonsense! You are a discrase to all medical staff who try to help people with science and technology. But hey. I'm trying to be calm, but have moments of raw fear. I am 67. Christmas night I noticed a LARGE (1 inch long, .5 inch wide) lump on the left side of my breast under the tissue. It feels like it's on the rib. I do regular shower checkups, but had never felt this because it was hiding UNDER the fatty breast tissue. I only felt it because I was laying on my side and my breast fell, and I ran my hand up my side and there the danged thing was. It feels BIG to me. About the size and shape of a 22 shell bullet. The gal doing the ultrasound called in the Radiologist and he prescribed a biopsy. But how long until they do it? How long is it safe to wait??? I saw it on the ultrasound, and I've scoured the internet looking at photos and it LOOKS like a cyst, but FEELs hard. It is possible to move it slightly. Now I'm freaking out because I want this out! I had the mammogram and ultrasound in California but have Oregon Health Plan and they wouldn't pay for treatment there. So I've had my records sent up to OHSU in Portland, Oregon. But now, every day is another day this is inside me, and I'm freaking out because it feels like things are moving slow, though in reality it's only been a few days. How long should you wait between the ultrasound and the biopsy? My left arm constantly goes to sleep and this thing aches. Should I see a different doctor? Can anyone who has been through this offer any support? I'm on this weird edge between being calm and freaking out.

Insist on a biopsy if you find a lump. Do not let the doctor placate you. Breast cancer does occur in young women. Play it safe. Catch it early. Late stage breast cancer is much harder to treat. Biopsies are quick and relatively painless. Don’t wait.

Yes please push your Dr. I'm 41 and have been told for 10 years I have fibrous breast. This jan I changed Dr's and after a biopsy in Feb I was diagnosed with breast cancer. If it don't feel right check it out. And Dr's need to stop telling women not to worry

Tina, I feel your frustration. I had the same experience. They said “we’ll just watch it”. I completed treatment for stage 2, grade 2 breast cancer in December. Treatment lasted close to a year, but thank GOD, they were able to remove the tumor with wide margins. Good outcomes are very possible.

@@madelynr8884 so glad to hear of your recovery❤. Yes it's sad over the last 4 years they have seen and marked my lumps on my mammogram with the let's keep an eye on it plan. Now here I am with invasive lobular carcinoma. Not sure of staging yet. Been a bit slower of a process than anyone would like with the covid-19. But hopefully soon ill have all info so I can begin my recovery.

Tina Johnson I will never understand why they don’t trust what they see. OR trust what we feel. It’s probably best to wait until this virus passes as chemo kills your white blood cells to fight off infections. Took years to get to that point, right? Have you had your scans yet? A little unsolicited advice.... Ask for help (and accept it) when you need it, and stay hydrated! The cancer community is very loving, and everyone will do their best to help you through this journey. There’s a lesson in love somewhere in all of it. Try not to stress about the delay. Take the time to really sanitize your house, make some mild freezer meals, and buy some scarves and hats (or wigs 😁) that make you feel good. ♥️ You will get through this!

@@madelynr8884 thank you. Yes I had all my scans and had all my initial appointments. Just waiting for scheduling. Not that any time is a good time to receive a cancer diagnosis but oh my oh my right in the middle of a pandemic. I have way too much time on my hands and my mind is racing.

34 year old lump painful. and swollen right breast.

The lump in my breast is starting to stress me,it is really big,not painful at all,and vain's are visibly showing around it......it gets swollen if I stress it with a bra....I visited the doctor last year he told me it is not cancerous and I had to go for surgery but I missed my date and never went back now it is starting to give me back pains and headache what could be happening?

it depends on your age, but the best way to identify a breast lump is for it to be examined and imaged. If it needs to be removed make sure you get it removed by a doctor! :)

Anyone, All my life my period cycles were irregular but I noticed the change last month since for the last consecutive months I've experienced my period. Yes, continue. Of course if you can, see a doctor. There should be quite a few lumps because your milk ducts may be enlarged, which is normal, and good when breastfeeding. If you pump or hand express and find any blood in the milk, stop breastfeeding and see a doctor immediately. I would suggest feeding with a bottle here and there just to be sure that your baby will take a bottle if necessary. It's always a good idea to try many, many different types of nipples, and use your own breast milk in the bottle at first to get the baby to accept the bottle. Avent bottles always worked best for my fussy baby, but even then they never successfully took a bottle, which is just the way they are sometimes.

@@sollamudiyathu8134 , the lumps are caused my hormonal imbalance. The lumps I had on my left breast were smaller than the lump in my right breast. They are cleared, but I can still feel the lump in my right breast. Later in life I might get surgery for this, I don't know.the fact that your pregnant, I recommend you see a doctor about it after pregnancy to see if you need sugery, because my mom's friend had this same issue and she got sugery.

I'm 17 years old, and I feel like I have a lump on my right breast, at first only my right breasts hurts whenever I'm on period, then now, I started to noticed that my right breast is getting a bit bigger (it's not that noticeable) and then few weeks ago whenever I lay down on the side, I can feel something on the side of my breast, it feels really uncomfortable and a bit painful, but when I sit up and touched the side of my breast I couldn't feel any lump, it seems like it went in the middle of my breasts..... Whenever you feel something is wrong, it's never a bad thing to get it checked out, it's always way better to be safe than sorry, you know your body better than anyone if you're scared that it could be something, I'd say go for it

i feel u. I just felt three lumps in my right breast recently, like a week ago, and there is pain sometimes. im freaking out since before there was only one, now it's three. and i cant go out and see a doctor til this quarantine is over. and when this is over i'll be too broke to see a doctor. I'm even afraid that this might also affect my employment because I might fail the medical exam. for ur pain I suggest u take paracetamol since that is a pain reliever.

Hey I found my armpit been hurting alot then my lymph nodes start feeling tender in my armpit. My armpit is so swollen and it's getting bigger and bigger and is very painful especially at night. My armpit is now so swollen and protrudes. I am so sad and scared and I can't go get in examine either due to covid-19. I am 34 by the way.

@@mikacastillo1909 I went to the doctor 2 days after I wrote that post. I am ok now, I had an infection. The doctor gave me antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, pain killer. And I got better after 1 week on medication.

Men and nonbinary people have breasts too.
