He said he will import talent, just like advanced countries import resources (natural, human, etc.) from GH. He can award contracts to foreigners, the most important thing is the terms of the contract. If GH will gain some knowledge transfer from it, why not?

His solution to the 'free' SHS is that, the country shld look in the balance sheet and spend accordingly. Build wealth before you spend, don't give out free stuff on a credit card. The 'free' SHS was just a dust thrown into our eyes so they can use the taxpayers funds to build a c-a-t-h-e-dral.

@@geoffreychancellor20 Yes, we need a new crop of politicians that can retrieve s-t-olen funds and jail those who mis_use state funds. The way it's playing out currently, they just take turns to dip their hands into state funds bcos they know they can get away with it (same way their parents/relatives did). They are very loud and knowledgeable whenever in opposition. But once voted in, they do exactly what they criticize in opposition, if not even worse. The tomorrow of GH is the loser if the 'politics' doesn't change.
