Could you do a video on pre-trial arguments? Pre-trial is unique to California, so there's not much out there and it would be a big help.

Hey! I'll definitely add that to the list of ideas. I know pre-trial is different at Empire too.
1) LOL - never realised that the Tennessee accent sounded so much like a posh English accent. Maybe my next vacation to the USA, I'll go there and feel at home 😃 2) Given the propensity of Hollywood to cast us Brits as the baddies in movies, kinda feel an English accent would make the jury assume Guilty. 3) As someone interested in firearms, I'd want to know what sort of pistol it was. Quite likely to be a SIG 320. If so, then I'd personally be inclined to believe her story, A lot of litigation the past few years about 320's being unsafe and unexpected discharges injuring users. Several Police Depts stopped using them.

Should've mentioned in the video that she often got asked after rounds if she was an exchange student! It's the best mock trial accent I've ever heard.
