@@LuukBotter86 Hi Luuk, appreciate your efforts and time. do you have any idea/free resource that you can use to discover population tendancies say in HM from your opponents to work out how they deviate from GTO?

i love the river bluff into quads. The best bluff is the one where opponent folds after putting in the most. I think you literally get every non-boat to fold and your line is completely credible.

People aren't going to bluff when 5 of a suit rolls off, because they know it's less likely for them to have it.

Good point, I agree many won't feel comfortable bluffing

I was going to make this exact comment. Only a really good player or a crazy aggro rec would go for it here. Average player is always giving up.

One of those hands...:b. I think the river decision in this particular spot is very player dependent. After seeing his hand, i would make a note on this player (as you most likely did). I think calling the turn, means we want to call most rivers, so the decision in on the turn really IMO. (Beeing in a guessing spot/"see what happens" is not a particular great gameplan). I also honestly think opponents timing means something is this hand. Since you had the Td and Straightflush possibility, most good players would properly have some sort of irregular timing, but just a minor detail. Against good regulars there is definately an argument to call. But as you mentioned yourself, the bluff to value ratio is important. It could be nice to try and define his potential bluffs and potential value hand. Lets assume he plays a PLOtrainer GTO preflop style, he could have hands like A567,A678,A789,A89T,A9TJ,A8TJ,AQT9,AQT8, AJ79, AQT6, AK86,AQ87, AKT9,AT77 and so on and so on. If we have a look in the trainer, and we assume any Ad hand barrels 3 street he would have 585Cmoboes of bluffs: "!dd:ad!jd!qd!kd!4d!2d!ks!ah!ac!td". And his value hands would be 617comboes of value: "dd:ad!jd!qd!kd!4d!2d!ks!ah!ac!td". In that regard, it should actually be a mathematical correct call, since we only need 32% to call. The thing is, not all Ad comboes without Nutflush barrels 3 streets, but pretty much all nutflush does. For that reason, and because people underbluff these spots, I lean towards folding, amd mostly likely making the decisioin on the turn already.

Yes I think its generally underbluffed, at least thats my perception of the spot. Don't have any proof of it.

    1. Flop seems like a super easy call and put it in on any non-club turn; 2. Betting small/checking the flop both work, probably lean towards betting after two checks. Betting again on turn is good. Against a sensible opponent giving up on river is probably best; 3. Not sure about this one. I probably fold the river but not thrilled about it.

I was convinced you'd be going for a sick bluff on the river, repping the straightflush. 🙃 I guess noone ever folds the nutflush there. But it looks insanely strong ( and what else could you ever have with that line. )
