There are many times you get glimpses of his genius- artistic prowess at a young age without any training is a known hallmark of VERY high cognition. He also understood social cues far better than walt could, understood business theory by default (surprisingly difficult and complex FYI), and he caught mike off guard when He threatened to off the guy that stole jesse's money. Jesse has eidetic memory. He was able to learn walt's formula not by learning the science, but merely by watching him after only a few sessions. When he first tried to do it alone he couldnt reach walt's purity level, but He still made pretty much the best glass anyone could get on the street, already. Then you see walt- a bungling liar that cant even formulate an air-tight alibi, didnt know when to quit, and let his megalomania take control of his judgement.

@@marcusbullock630 I’m pretty sure Walt’s purity was still higher at 99.1%, Jesse’s maximum was at 96.4%. Also Jesse did have to learn the science of making meth because hd discussed to Walt about certain dependant factors you won’t understand unless you actually know the chemistry behind synthesis

@@marcusbullock630 Walt’s lies are only crystal clear through his family, most of the time during business he’s able to keep his confidence and even able to intimidate the opposition. He never also wanted to quit. Seems like you’re judging Walt’s intelligence based on his character decisions for the plot/development. He’s smarter than Mike or Jesse and on the same level of Gus (the only person who figured out Gus’s plan to take down the cartel and faced as an opposition) I feel like many people kind of downplay Walt a lot, when he’s capable or meticulous and pressuring tasks.

This both works as a breaking bad animate over, but also a "freeman teaching Ellis science" moment and I love it

Gordon as Walt and Ellis as Jesse was such a good choice. i hope you plan on animating more BB clips, this is fantastic

Freemans Mind by Ross Scott is a good series, even though he does not sound like Walter, Gordon is portrayed as an egomaniac through his mannerisms along the series.

I still remember this scene. First time I saw it I actually said, "copper! Copper conducts electrons!" I felt like a good student.

Jesse be like: "Meth is love, Meth is life"

Really nailed that little smile Walter does

The character choice fits so well for this.

You should definitely do the climb out of my ass scene with Skyler and Walt next

I'm sure Breaking Bad was animated like this in another universe.

It's amazing how convincing the emoting of 3D animations has become. Of course, a big part still depends on the artist knowing their craft.

I’m rewatching breaking good right now and I love that scene dude

I was never introduced to Half Life lore when I was younger so when I first saw Gordon Freeman I immediately called him Mr White

Love how everyone talks about the expressions and the character choice, but very little people notice how perfectly he nailed the camera angles and movements, as well as the focal length. Spot on.

I've watched this 100 thousand times, but I never really appreciated how well Ellis and Gordan Freeman fit these two characters. Not only in facial features but in personality too. I guess it was such a perfect fit I didn't even notice it.

That is so awesome I just started rewatching the show a week ago and am even more hooked than I was then and now at "Box Cutter". This is a great Animation absolutely spot on. And that with SFM. What a great tool to mess around with.
