I love this ending. The genius of having him choose to die in the meth lab is perfection. This is the place that got him killed in less than two years, made his family hate him, forced them to move and caused them intense grief, but he doesn’t care. To him, this is where he won. Where he had power, where all of his success came from.

He died by his own hand because he was his worst enemy. He died killing jack to avenge the only person he respected truly. He died saving jesse, to set him free and recognizing him as his partner at last, cutting the lies, cutting the manipulation and just talking him with his heart at hand. He died in the lab because to die you had to be alive and that's only place where he experienced such feeling.

Many wanted him alive likely because the show is so good that they want it to continue and his death makes them feel really empty, as if someone really died. When soneone dies, at first we want the person to still be with us but we'll need to accept that the deceased is gone, the same with Breaking Bad. The ending felt like a void, and makes us feel as if "Did he really die?" "Can the series continue?". For some the ending was satisfying, and for others it was grieful.

What’s so stellar about this song is how it is a literal metaphor for Walt’s undying love for Chemistry and his empire. Singing one final goodbye and how much the product meant to him before dying in its arms- His Baby Blue

Not only that the title, Felina, based on El Paso by Marty Robins is about loving a girl (named Felina) so much he goes back to see her one last time even though he knows it will lead to his death, then he dies in her arms, like Walt and his empire

@@FattyMcLangy That’s beautiful, the whole series felt like Walt never did anything for his family or even himself as he claims, but for chemistry and like Gale exactly what he lived for. Now that the mess he left behind was cleaned up, he could finally confess his love one last time and after all those months he never forgot what it meant to him

It is possible. The best Healthcare nation in the world is like.. india, singapore, japan.. Go there and live forever until his last breath. Also, it's much cheaper there except for Singapore living cost. Also, in the first place, the story can just make him to make his own biofuel industry or something. But obviously that gonna be boring because no guns and politics. But it's the best kind of story for him. Building his renewable energy industry from meth money. AFTER he destroyed the RV

@@DBT1007 why are you even putting India in the same list as Japan and Singapore? India's quality of service is usually terrible compared to those two countries so I wouldn't even call it remotely close to "one of the best". Well although yes, they have way more affordable healthcare compared to America.

I love how throughout the whole series, anytime Walter faces death he is scared and tries to talk his way out of it or does an action to get himself out of it (I. e. Having Jesse kill Gale) but in this scene, he is not scared at all and I like to think it’s because he’s dying on his own terms. HE is ready, and the whole premise of the show from season 1 is how Walt felt like he never made any of his own decisions, never lived life on his “own terms” which is why in this scene, when it’s all finally said and done, he dies peacefully, knowing it’s on his own terms.
