custody battles should be won via who can provide better care (and that means, food shelter schooling AND raising (aka teaching right from wrong, not just dumping them off on baby sitters etc) and if the child is old enough, partially take into consideration what they want/think/feel cuz you may think it sbetter for them but then they get literally miserable and sick etc. other than that iagre
