Tacos 🌮!

I will let the shirt on the cutting board pass for a KZread video knowing that the chef would wear a chef's jacket or apron when cooking and serving customers. That being said, none of the food touched the cutting board in this video, not even the cilantro. And the cooking was not being shared, so I see no problem here. As for nonstick frying pans, I hardly ever see them in commercial kitchens like this one. On a sandwich, I prefer the fried egg yolk be broken before I bite into it and get yolk everywhere. Add meat in place of hummus and I would give this a try!

Please tuck your shirt in, or at least don't let it drape over your cutting board. I would absolutely not trust anything that came off of that cutting board after someone's personal clothing has been rubbed all over it. USE NON-STICK PANS for your eggs. DO NOT USE METAL SPATULAS. You tore that second egg at least three times.
