Daily walk to work often involves getting a jianbing （煎饼） for breakfast. Typically this savory crepe contains an egg or two, a sprinkling of cilantro（香菜）/green onion（葱）/pickled vegetable（泡菜）, sauce（好像是黄豆酱？）, lil' pepper flakes (辣椒粉 if desired) and your choice of a crispy cake （脆饼）, deep-fried donut stick（油条） or nasty processed sausage （香肠）. Sorry for the late reply, just seeing this- There are jianbings in Taipei as well! Of course each region has their own specialty or certain ingredients, but jianbings are usually found in the PRC and Taiwan.

+Chen Lu Isn't Shandong ones normally put lettuces? shanghai has the similar pancake but no lettuces putting in so yeah i guess this video was taken in shanghai
