In the little secret room the black dot isn't actually what kills you. It appears you have tooltips turned off, but there was supposed to be a little indicator that tells you to interact with the computer that has Hammer loaded up, and interacting with Hammer immediately kills the player to be somewhat accurate to the real program. You did miss two little secrets, an overlay and a little special something that is being sent through the vactubes above the chamber. As for the observation room wheelchair guy, he is from the Co-op trailer by Valve. The tram is actually there to tie this map into another map I made called "Vista" which starts with the exact same tram. Thanks for playing!

To reenable tooltips (which are useful for many maps) type "gameinstructor_enable 1" in the console. This will also make the hints in Throw Gun actually appear.

Hey War sorry for the very late reply, just catching up on comments now. Thank you for making and sharring such a beautiful map you did an amazing job with the aesthetics and made something really special out of the overgrown aperture style I'll have a look into what is going on with tooltips then in my game, i know they work sometimes, but not always its seems. The idea of being killed by hammer makes a lot more sense now :D and would of made for a more unique bit of killed by signage too! i think i saw the other overlay when i was noclipping for screenshots but still didn't spot the special something in the tubes, ....i wonder what it might have been ;) (sucks that i missed it in game) i knew i recongised that core from somewhere but couldn't place it at all, i was thinking of rusty from the Harry101uk videos because of the frame around it I look forward to playing "Vista" your maps are always fantastic. Thanks again for everything dude! :D

I think the core in the observation room is a core from the Cooperative Testing investment trailer. It hits itself with a frying pan.

yeah no idea why i didn't think to flip it for that bit, i literally just talked about flipping the bridge to get up to that door and then completely forget i can use it somewhere else. now i'm wondering if it could of been flipped for the final exit door somehow too. 7:24 that's atlas from portal 2 complain but his core has been detached. 23:36 is it just me or does the rock to the left look like a face? but anyways, I love that these video's come out on Mondays! it's a nice thing to look forward to!

7:24 I totally couldn't place where i has seen that core from, and yeah i see now from the comments it's supposed to be atlas from the trailed to the coop testing in portal2 the one smacking itself with the frying pan, i'd argue it's way too small though but maybe an atlas prototype. i was thinking it was Rusty from that Harry101uk video 23:36 pausing i think i can see what you mean :) Thank you for watching and sorry for taking so long to reply

You seem to have a lot of references about Monty Python permanently stored in your braincless, don't you? Love it! And I'm sure many other comments here have pointed out that this was in fact not some core from Harry101UK but rather Atlas from the Portal 2 Campaign.

i do have a lot of Monty Python in my head, it's one of my alltime favourite shows and so many lines are now permantly lodged in my head. Also you are the only person to comment that they knew where that was from! And yeah after seeing the comments i recognise that core now, i couldnt place it at the time, and i was thinking of the "Rusty" core from that Harry101uk video because of the frame around it. @War The Nuclear Shill did an amazing job with the decoartion in this map, a really beautiful and unique take on overgrown aperture, i imagine it's really difficult to place so much "nature" and have it actually look natural and not just placed. Crisis averted! 17:27 - It's a mappack I made called "Simile Thoughts" for Mari0 1.6 (that's a crossover game between Portal and Super Mario Bros). In one of its puzzles, I made the chamber look like a desert full of cacti ;)

Yeah this is the first one i've ever seen it done in, it works really well and suited the visuals of the map perfectly, War did and awesome job on this map.

That was some excellent atmosphere! I also really liked the required use of upper and lower light bridges, nice touch. And big points to you for the Toto/Portal crossover!!

The reason why you don’t know flowers is because all Aperture social skill building grounds don’t have any fertile soil and only the deadly deadly goo can support flowers because it’s full of decomposed corpses.

From what i could see, the first core that came to mind was the 'Rusty' core from Harr101's meet the core series because of the frame it's mounted in, the model used in this map is of the prototype atlas used in that one 'promo' video where it beats itself with the frying pan.
