Here is a breakdown of my process in creating my cinematic travel film for the Faroe Islands.
There were a few components that were more involved than my usual workflow, so I thought it'd be fun to expand on them a little bit. Those things in particular are the scripting for the voiceover, the custom music track, and the sound design.
I'd like to thank Daniel Dickman, Jayden Beville, and Hugo Cheng for joining me on this adventure and helping capture it all. Also, another special thank you to the talented composer and musician, Mason Vellios, for creating the music for this film.

I've been struggling with a block while editing up some travelling stuff, where to start, music etc. You simply showing how you organise and go through it bit by bit is a massive help, eases the task For sure!

Hey mate! thanks for your in depth breakdown. It is really inspiring to see a project which is that organized! Can I ask you what PC are you using? Haven´t seen that smooth playback in premiere pro with all effects for a while :D thank you!

Hey! I’m glad you like it. I’m using a MacBook Pro with an M1 Max chip and specced up in all other areas. It’s been great to use and never had to create proxies fortunately enough!
