Right now, I think you might be in the phase of second guessing yourself and questioning whether it was the right decision. That's totally normal. The pain I was forced to go through ended up making me into the best possible version of myself I could've ever imagined. I learned to love myself. I started working out harder than I ever did before, eating healthy 24/7, significantly cutting back on alcohol, reading books regularly, made countless new friends, and went back to school. 24 hours in a day. 6 for sleep, 18 for grinding. Nothing else matters. Get up, dust yourself off, and prove them wrong!

August of 2017 , I discovered this video and couldn’t survive without it. My ex left me for a dude 10 years older with a Audi . I was in CommunityC. I grinded at the gym to heal and bandage myself. I enlisted to the Army as Infantry . I was selected to join Reconnaissance team . Learned a lot , deployed to Africa , came back home 2021 , finished my ungrad degree, traveled to Mexico , Dominican Rep. , Japan and got my dream job and car. For whoever needs to hear this: Aye listen man, when I tell you you'll grow into a better person after this pain... You will. I was in the same boat once. Literally the first girl I ever loved screwed me over and turns out I was just her rebound; she went back to her ex so fast and ignored tf out of me, like what we had was nothing. Hurt like hell, and I didn't have a support system which made it worse. Here's the thing: you're a man and not only will you get over this, but your next gf will be 100% better I'm not even kidding it's science lol. Same thing happened to me word for word. With the realization and the gym etc., except after I had a blowup and got with a super amazing girl, we ended things almost a year into dating. This happened a month ago and it's just now hitting me because we don't talk much anymore. I'm in a situation now where my ex dumped me 4 month ago for a co worker, she was in a relationship straight away posting pics of them together, I only found out two weeks after moving out. I found out this week she's engaged and pregnant! I feel like he's living my story, funny thing i think there's a slight chance that baby is mine coz she looks about 4-5 months based off of some pictures she posted! Although it's more than likely his, it's such a headfuck! I was doing ok making great progress in the gym and other areas of my life, working on my purpose and now this shit! One thing you need to take from your past relationships or any pain life throws at you is that it is all about getting back up, because there is no logical reason to Live in the past. To be honest I can really relate, just lost a 4 year-relationship... I thought I loved her, but after I lost her, I realised that I loved her even more... I mean, she was probably my best friend, the one I could talk to about everything... It happened a few months back and the worst part is over, I was fired from my job because I couldn't perform well, and I couldn't train for 6 months, my life turned into a complete mess , I lost a lot of weight, but something is starting to change. I started training again last week and boy oh boy did I forget how good it felt. She just recently texted me, and she really looks like she's over it and is trying to be friends with me but I just can't seem to look at her just as a friend yet, but you know what ? My life isn't about her anymore, I have got to take the reins and lead it and this video showed me just that. I feel like I lost a part of me, it's indeed true, but the thing that I lost the most were my dreams and goals. For a series of months I did nothing but play videogames and sleep, asking myself what I would do with my life and if I would ever find another significant other, I lost sight that the world is full of amazing things, so many things to explore and experience, why limit myself to this ? Why was I so blind for all these months ? That I will never answer, but one thing I know, I have now regained sight of my goals, and I'll go through hell to accomplish them, that's for sure. To anyone going through a rough time, just know that you are not alone! There's more to it than you can see, PUSH ON! Never put your dreams aside because something bad happened to you, channel those feelings and feed your need to succeed. Repeat after me, WE CAN DO IT, WE MUST DO IT, WE WILL DO IT.

A small update from 2017 break up to now : August of 2017 , I discovered this video and couldn’t survive without it. My ex left me for a dude 10 years older with a Audi . I was in CommunityC. I grinded at the gym to heal and bandage myself. I enlisted to the Army as Infantry . I was selected to join Reconnaissance team . Learned a lot , deployed to Africa , came back home 2021 , finished my ungrad degree, traveled to Mexico , Dominican Rep. , Japan and got my dream job and car. My chapter is not done yet… don’t lose hope . Your story and the unexpected peak is about to take off gym bros . Best of luck 💪🏼

That pain sucks so bad, I couldn’t sleep till I saw this video, I did me some push ups and went for a run and I’m feeling better. Hope everyone gets thru it!

This video helped me through a lot. I got dumped by my first love back in 2017, she left me for being “too nice” and looking back, she was right. All I wanted was to make her happy, but in doing so, I never focused on my own happiness. It took me a long time, but I learned to accept what happened and carry on. I’m at a good job, I have my best friends, I’m in a martial arts school, and I have a new girl who treats me well, but I definitely will never make her a priority. We have our own goals and ambitions, and we push one another to achieve them. For anyone that has gone through a heartbreak, give yourself time. It could take weeks, months, hell even in my case, close to a year and a half. But that pain will subside. Let it be your motivation to keep moving forward. You got this, kings 👑

This is deep, I nearly killed my self over a break up. I was that close to not even be typing this right now. In other words I should be dead ....Worst pain ever, and I’ve been through a lot of things that would make you think “and you couldn’t handle this after all the other things you’ve been through?” Yeah bro I loved her and nearly did the worst of the worst, take my own life. Heart ache and heart pain is no joke. It eats you up to the point of death man. It was bad, I’m just tying to stay alive and that’s where I’m at right now. The gym does help. Stay strong bro’s just love each other, and try to respect at least each other’s relationships , because that what it seems like it is, “she left me for so and so”. I know it’s hard but man, we have got to do better haha. So much to say about this but I hope we all make it out with At least some pride and dignity and we will look back at this and be great full and love and laugh about it because at the end the only person that can make you smile and grow emotionally is you. I don’t know much but I hope this helps; the heart , just like other body parts and cells, is designed to fix its self, it only takes time. Alright I gotta eat this cheeseburger, peace

Just got broken up yesterday and to say I’m devastated is an understatement. I don’t know what to do or how it’s going to be moving forward. Watching this did help a little bit but this pain is unbearable....

It takes time, it's been a year for me and I still hurt and sleeping bad. Stay strong as much as you can and take care of yourself.

I keep coming back to this video just to read the comments. It’s been one year since I got my heart broken, I went on a huge partying binge to numb the pain. I skipped workouts and ended up gaining 30 pounds. I still miss her like crazy, she’s moved on and I wish her all the best. But the gym is my new therapy. I have now lost those 30 pounds on the binge and I’m only getting better. Life moves on , you can’t stay in the past.

Lived with her for almost two years. Gave it my all, did everything I could to make sure we were well taken care of. Turns out i worked too much, then the one day i get off early found her at a bar with someone else. Moving out was the hardest thing ive had to do so far on my life. Some people just cant be satisfied and i just wish i could go back home. But now i just have to keep going.

Julian Lucero Same here shd said I worked too much and we have a 8 month baby together.I was working for our family but she didn't care about and after she dumped me she went back to one of her ex boyfriend and they were having sex a week after she dumped me. it hurts and its been a month but it will get better what helps is you have to block her and delete her pictures and just move on brother.

I lost the love of my life she broke everything off a few days before we were supposed to get married. The hardest time in my life ive yet to experience. I broke up with my Girlfriend of 3 years 2 days ago, we lived together and i'm here alone in the place we moved into, everything here reminds me of her it's so hard to keep going, she left all of a sudden it was a massive surprise for me, we had plans for the future, everything looked great from my perspective, no fights, no arguments I thought i had the one, I thought i never had to search for someone else again, I was wrong. Anyone out there that has been hurt or is hurting, I feel you, it's happening to me right now, it sucks I cant keep thinking about her, but I just have to move on.

bro, its shit to think about it, but she said that she was over telling me what to do like mow the lawn, do dishes and stuff, she also said she had nothing in common with me, which made me think, we actually did, but she turned down the path of extreme fitness, morning and nights every day, eating so well while i was the same for so long, for someone to not at least give me a chance to try and better myself, It could only think that she has her eye on someone else, It's bad to think about it but someone going from "i love you so much" one week to "I don't have anything in common with you, please figure out what you want to do with the furniture, I'm still in pain, and i still feel like i have a girlfriend but in reality i don't, I just lived my life so much around her. I feel empty and betrayed, I can only wish the pain eases..

What can bring you the most joy, can also bring you the most pain. Sucks how that works

Phew seeing the comment section makes me feel like I’m not alone, makes me realize it happens to everyone. I don’t wish this pain on anybody not even my worst enemy. Heartbreak is a different type of pain like no other. It makes you feel like you wish you would never wake up. Makes you not want to eat. Makes you feel like a zombie walking through earth. My ex of a year and I broke up a month ago. It sucks completely when you still love and care for them and would do anything, even if it is just to be friends, but the other person wants nothing to do with you, that’s real pain when you love someone and they don’t even think about you anymore. Anyways I’m just trying get myself back up and I hope I do. God bless you all, I hope y’all get through this as well.

Cleaning up the apartment and sorting out her stuff at the moment. 07.30am here and a few hours until she will come and get her stuff. In a few hours, traces of 6 1/2 years of ups and downs will be removed. I've been there before, and i will make it through again. This time without any fighting and cussing. I can't feel anything at the moment to be honest, the tears have come briefly but this second time it feels like there no longer is any heart to break. What does not kill you simply makes you... stranger! And i was at the hospital when she decided to leave so i have been sick and i can't even lift bro. Thanks for good video and thanks for some good comments. This has helped recently. Middle of the quarantine and got a text saying we're over and haven't used my own gym in forever and it has helped the pain I feel.

Well, he left after two years together stating he didn't feel the same. Maybe, he liked someone new, who knows. I quit the gym for a month and I am right back at it, he broke my heart but the gym is helping me get back together. I dunno why I'm posting this since I only see guys but I needed some motivation I guess and I got this ;)

Gym helps and when she dumped me last year, I left everything in the past, hit the gym and got in the best shape ever. Of course she took notice and of course she came back lol Biggest mistake of my life that I took her back. 3 months ago I found out she was cheating on me and only using me for stuff. A month after we were done she got pregnant.. I lack the drive and motivation that I had last time around since I kinda don't trust no-one no more but today was my first day back in the gym :) I guess theres always that someone who will Fuck u up mentally but it's up to u to use it as fuel to fire u up 🔥 ☝

I was with a girl for 2 years, we did so much together. Everything about her was so perfect; face, body, morals, values, educated, had a loving family that treated me like a son, the whole package. I got too comfortable & kept clashing with her due to lack of communication until finally she left me for good. I really had found my dream girl & now that she’s gone I’ve never battled a depression this hard ever. I really saw myself marrying her. I’ve never been this hurt. It feels like I won’t be able to find equal or better than her. We broke up a week ago & now she’s already dating. I tried & tried to convince her to stay with me but she just wouldn’t 💔

Update?

Almost a year of what happened. The next day I started this process self improvement. Books, gym, fitness, socializing and becoming a better version of my self. I can’t believe I made it so far while suffering during this process drama, stress, puke, crying, fights and the next day in morning still continue the gym and at my free time reading. Keep going even you don’t feel it do it . I have changed the pain is still there but I am happy where I am

My friends ! I watched this video 15 months ago! Man! I cried and i thought i was not gonna be able to survive this divorce! I lost my wife , my kids ! Man !!! Worse feeling ever!!!! But now ! All i can say if u going through this is that u can do it ! It hurts like a bitch to be alone again ! But u will survive i promise u u will survive and trust me u will ne stronger take care guys

All of you persons here, all of the people who hurt you, it makes me feel like i should be ashamed of myself. I never felt real love and nobody was ever interested in me. That hurts too, it really does. But all of you, i know, that it´s much harder to get over someone who was the love of your life for 2 years, or 4 years or even 7 years. It makes me feel like i´m not the only person in this situation. We all can do better. Lets stick together. Lets better ourself. Thanks to all of you for being there and also not giving up.
