I’ve never had too much difficulty getting that out. I just happened to run across this video and I had to remove that to do a compressor, tensioner and belt just yesterday.

A heli coil will work perfect on it I’ve stripped the one on mine too and I used a heli coil almost 100k miles later and it’s still holding perfect
