I 've given up a lot of junk food not even junk food, bread, crackers, apples because of the sugar, no juice. I eat mainly veg and lean protein, no beef or pork hardly. Sugar and carbs seem to be a hurdle. I love the crunch of chips or crunchy bread and excuse me carrots and celery don't do it. I do eat carrots raw but they don't cut it compared to crackers and chips and crunchy bread. I will try this, I need help with this bad habit.

Bad habits oversimplified would have been a good title for this video. First, how is the first half of the video is connected in anyway to the second half? First, categorize your habit. Second, rehears a different response to the que. How the two are connected? A more accurate title would have been: " tips that could help break bad habits." Break bad habits is just not what this video about. Because the subject is way more complicated.

  • @scenepunk09

He was probably just trying to come up with a good title to get some clicks. I think the video does help identify them and a little about their cause. But not alot for breaking them aside from journaling. There is a video that comes to mind that might be helpful. Its a coping skills video by kati Morton. Like 25 or 50 I forget. It's from a therapist but really I think bad habits are also bad coping skills.
