Pork chop in its most traditional form, this pork cutlet is coated in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, fried in oil and may be served with potatoes and fried cabbage, beet salad,
cucumber salad or sour kraut. Which ever way you choose to serve it is simple to make and taste delicious.

Yummmmm! I used to work at a Bohemian restaurant and that was one of my favorite dishes. Also workd in a polish restraunt and made the cutlets. Thank you!
