Dr Js Honey Wheat Bread Machine Recipe Infused with Seeds - Killer Bread Copycat Recipe
Here's how to recreate a delicious bread that's like the famous Killer Bread with delicious and nutritious seeds and honey wheat bread. It's so easy to make at home using your bread machine with this copycat recipe.
Ingredients:
½ C water
½ C half and half
¼ C honey
2 T olive oil
1 ½ C whole wheat flour
1 ½ C bread flour
1 ½ tsp. kosher salt
2 1/2 T Sunflower seeds
2½ T Pumpkin seeds
3 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp. Poppy seeds
1 tsp. Chia seeds
2 tsp Bread machine yeast
Place the ingredients into your bread machine pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.

Wet ingredients, dry ingredients, seeds
* add the yeast in last
Set your machine to 1.5 pound loaf and a light crust.
When done, invert bread pan over a Cooling rack.
Cool completely before slicing.
