Watching this makes me cry. This is one of my brother's fave game and when i was a kid i sat beside him and enjoyed watching him playing this game. Unfortunatelt my brother passed away when he was 12. I miss you bro, you will always be in my heart 😫

It have - Time behaviour - Day and Night cycle - Day/Week cycle - Elements - Different kind of skill from assimilation - 3D Puzzle and platforming - Money to buy stuff - Item usage - Food will rot depends on the days you bought it - Toys (collection) - Character stat progression not - Free roaming - Obtainable items and secret - Voice acting (which is funny for a game like Pokémon has yet to have one for almost 2 decade) - Dynamic Music's (collection) It's a masterpiece when it comes to technicalities.

this is Square first Action RPG even before Kingdom Heart. I missed the Day and Night Cycle. On PS1 era, rarely any game has that mechanic except Harvest Moon.

This game is still just as good as when it was released. Amazing soundtrack, amazing RPG elements, amazing gameplay. My favorite PS1 game, easily.

Wow, dude, for a PSX game, the voice acting is phenomenal.

This game is definitely underrated

This is my favourite game ever, music is amazing, Musashi is a great character and it doesn't take itself TOO seriously nor does it become TOO humourous, I specially love when they have gameplay related voice acting, like : Insert Blue Eye, Green Eye and Red Eye? etc...

Veg Gaming You should try to play Secrets of Grindea Veg Gaming =D. It has a similar Nostalgia i think, its like playing this game but with online 4 players, but the storyline is still solid for indie game.

No, I always save at some points to resume the run another day. But everything you see is me playing, but not in one sitting. This game is great, I love the soundtrack, is so amazing and have this adventure feeling.

This game is incredible. The voice acting and characters jump out at you and captures a certain childhood playfulness and spender. The story is complimented by the music and the gameplay which is just so fun. Great memories with this game.

Damn, when will we ever get a remaster* for this?! I love this game.

Wow! This game brings back a lot of memories for me. I remember when I first got this game. I sent my ex wife to go and buy another game, Final Fantasy 8, and they was all sold out. So she came home with this game. I was so mad that they didn't have it and she didn't want me to go empty handed, and the guy a to store told her about this game and thought I would like it. Oh I was a little optimistic about it and until I'll started to play it. I fell in love with this game from the start. I started to mastered everything on this game and got almost everything on except for one thing. I still trting to figure out how to grow the mustache. I figure that you had to get everyone Fusion powers there was on the game to get it. Still to this day I haven't been able to do it yet only because I lost all my old ps1 games and haven't been able to find Brave Denver Musashi anywhere! I look all over the place for a copy. I wish they would remaster, remake, or even just put it on psn. I would buy this game in a heartbeat. Beat this game too many times. This game and IQ are to the 2 games I can't find. IQ was an awesome game as well. Thanks for the upload. Even though you had a invisibility cheat on. But it's still was pleasing to watch and really bring back so very fond memories of playing and bearing this game!

I wasn't able to finish the game when this came out during the PS1 era, but being able to watch the whole video, my inner 8 year old self - whom can't get past through the steamwood forest, felt very much accomplished. Oh my goodness! One of my fav games when I was a kid!!! 😭 This and Legend of Mana, Legend of Dragoon, Metal Gear Solid, RE2, Crash Bandicoot, and Tekken 3 were among my favs.

Thanks for the playthrough. That is amazing. I remembered finishing the game and what I cerished the most is that opening and ending OST. I even recorded it using my phone and made it into my alarm and ringtone. Still humming the music once in a while. Thanks again for the nostalgic moment. This is a great game indeed.

There’s just something about the transitions from scenes and the atmosphere of these old school games like these and dark cloud that makes me want to dive deep into it

i watched through the whole entire 4 hours n 30 minutes of the game. Hats off to you man. You make everything look so easy. it was so enojyable watching you play

Unfortunately a hidden jewel, projected to be Squaresofts counterpart to the Zelda games. It lost the competition, as it was hard to compete with those N64 titles that were so popular. It was because of that timing that this didn't get the credit it deserved, and only really enjoyed by those hardcore Squaresoft and/or PlayStation fans. A remaster/make would certainly bring it to the light again.

I played Musashiden here on Brazil without even understanding English (or japanese, but I played the english version hahaha the official language here is Portuguese - or Brazilian portuguese, since there is so many differences between both) and now I watched this awesome gameplay

Very cool upload. I just recently 100% this game, not nearly as fast however. This game got me through a lot of tough times as a kid. It's my only video game related tattoo. Hell, I'm the only person I've ever seen with a Musashi tattoo. Great work!

Finally found this game after YEARS of looking!!! I remember playing the demo on that sample disc that came with the PS1

The voice acting in this game is phenomenal for it's time.

My wife said she played some of this game with her brothers when they were young, so I had to look up a longplay. As someone who has not played much Playstation, I am amazed at the absolute quality of this game -- it looks and sounds so good and fun!!

WOW! I played this game several times through and I just learned A LOT!

Seeing games like this games me so hyped like when I was a child. This has to be one of my all-time favorite games.

I just love how you can fall asleep under the Steamwood tower elevator and get picked up by it! Steamwood tower was the bane of my childhood playing through this game. This guy does an awesome and hilarious job :D

This game was very fun!!! Voices, sound effects, story...just perfection!!!

You had me at "Sir Little Turd".

My younger brother loved and played this game during 2003-2004. So did I. Great memories with that PSOne.

It's a damn shame that square Enix AKA squaresoft completely forgot about this game it deserves a remake can you imagine this on PS5 incredible just incredible

My god, I loved this game so much. I remember first realizing just how much depth there was; leveling up gear and spells, acquiring new ones, upgrading your own stats thru some serious exploration and puzzle solving. This was a fucking GAME and it was so so underappreciated.

One of my #1 favorite games ever. Wish they would make another just like this. I play this when I sleep just to dream

This is like the first time I heard about this game, and I always wondered why. Seeing that this game never released in PAL Territories, it kinda makes sense why I never heard of it before. It looks hella interesting though and quite impressive for a PSX title.

I got this game because the cover looked cool. when I first started playing it I was like "man wtf is this bullshit!?!" but I couldn't stop playing it lol. ended up being one of my favorite games.

Awesome! There are some optional things to do after. You can go to the castle, talk to the shepard and return to the forest where you met the dog. There will be a giant Minku there. You can also collect all the figures!

One word...FANTASTIC!
