Please answer. After i have used it for few months both given batteries are dead and changed the batteries with duracell ultra AA batteries. With them they dont work well please suggest me the best batteries to replace.

The brush with which u clean the tip has a slot which engages in the back of the epilator and u can unlock it . See the video carefully.

For inner growth number of applications has to be increased what i feel. Hair doesn't get thicker though.
