When my school band marches, given my school band was founded in 1872, we play at civil war re-enactments and other parades instead. It honestly is better that way in my opinion! #oldesthighschoolband

Who's the band in the first clip?

The bands did a fine job. First rate. My only criticism is that I think it's a bit unauthentic for officers above company rank to not be mounted. The sight of a brigadier schlepping like an infantry private is pretty sad.If you slap on the straps you should at least be able to ride a mount on parade. That aside, this is a very fitting tribute.
