Ive always just been extremely curious/perplexed by all the "dots"...my memories first began to stick when i was first leaning to maintain my balance walking. And ever since then, there's been this static that makes up everything I see. A constant fuzzy subtle vibrating collection of movement behind everything seen... i had excellent vision as a child,and going as far back in my memory as i can ive been trying to figure out WHAT i was looking at and i wondered why it was there. Eventually I either accepted or established it as being just the way things look. But when i was still very little, i tried to ask my grandmother about it. She gave me a strange look and was very confused about what exactly i was asking her, so i was just left to wonder till several years later and i was told maybe i was seeing energy? I don't know. I call it the static now but originally...lol... my 1 year old brain "why/what are DOTS EVERYWHERE???"
What if I've had visual snow as long as I can remember? I learned it wasn't typical to see that way just a few years ago.

Same here. Only thing I can pinpoint to is in my childhood I had a serious fever, and my mom gave me some medication that was considered safe, but I later learned it had hallucinatory effects and no longer prescribed..

Yes! I’ve always seen this way! I thought it was normally until it came up in a conversation lol
How can we identify mild brain swelling? I went to a top neuroopthalmologist in the country and he didn't even run any tests, just said it's not known what's causing it and we can't do anything
I did 36 weeks of treatment but still have snow. Hope they come up with something.v Wish I could come where you are.

Who did the treatment and what treatment did they use?

The treatment is 12-48 weeks at a eye care place that specializes in it. Go to Visual Snow Initiative. Under News and resources you can search for a doctor in your area. Minimum isusually 36 weeks and out of pocket. Hope this helps.
