Thanks to Brook and Kristy again. Wife's favorite cuisine is Mex, but since moving to East TN 15 months ago just hadn't found "our place". We check out everything on your channel first so went to Muchacho Alegre two days after we saw this review. It is all you said and we finally have a place for Mex. Julie waited on us, did a fantastic job and we'll be asking for her in the future. Fact is, we've been there twice already and introduced it to two other couples. You are the best.

Great review guys! So many good places to eat yet so little time when you’re a tourist. Hard to choose the best pizza, Mexican, burger, steak, etc when you are afraid to choose wrong and waste money. Nothing bring more regret than wasting money on bad or even mediocre food. We rely on you guys to guide us in the right direction. Thanks for your culinary efforts!

wasn't yesterday's vid a new restaurant in town also? you are so lucky! also this one seems to be trying to make a lot of the items on site when possible. i like that the table salsa is a bit thicker today. the idea of the carafe and two dishes is something i haven't seen in colorado. good idea, i guess. fish tacos, charro beans and rib eye looked really great! well and the beans, rice, the rest of the tacos, lol everything. the only thing I can say is maybe don't dip the tortilla so much in the kitchen and put an extra corn tortilla on the birria taco. there was a good amount of consomme, but it wasn't needed because it was already wet. tacos here usually have two tortilla and it helps when things get wet. just thinking about restaurant mgmt the corn elotes on the cob might become pretty expensive in the off season.
