Hi everyone, welcome back to another home video tour.
Today we have come up with a brand new modern traditional double story home with stunning interior design. This home is situated near Valanchery at Kerala. The planning of this home is really grateful and this build with spacious living room and kitchen. Exterior look of the home is made elegant with traditional works. Beautiful landscaping is provided on front side of the home. Also interlock is paved in the front yard.

Now we can explore this beautiful home. First on the front area we see an open sit out with enough spacing. Now we moving to the hall. Here is a beautiful courtyard is provided, let’s check now. Next we moving to the main living here we see a TV unit and cushion sofa. Fall ceiling work is done in beautifully. Simple and elegant curtains are used here.
Moving on to the dining hall, we see a wooden table. The roof of the dining area is made with elegant interior. The washing area is having a simple basin with a glass mirror and LED.
The dining leads to the kitchen. Here we see the chimney, shelf and racks. This kitchen extended to the work area, let’s check now. It is a spacious kitchen with modern amenities and features.
Now we can check the bedrooms. See the bedroom arrangements. It is a spacious bedroom with dressing area and attached bath.
Moving to second bedroom , we see almost same design as previous one.
Checking with the first floor. The stair is made with wood. Moving on, we see the hallway.
Checking the first bedroom , it also a spacious one with attached bath. Now we moving to the fourth bedroom, it also have a attached bath room . This is the final bedroom. Let us move to the balcony, here we can enjoy best scenic view.

Previously I always wanted a big house.but once occupied then only I regret cause how difficult to maintain it cleanliness, facing more difficulty during my wife pregnant,feel very tired.

Hehe that's why they say be careful what you wish for. Maybe plan to have a smaller place as you get older because when you're old, a big house will drain your pension and energy with maintenance

Yep even if you land., Place and plant grenary it ..rather than just big fat homes .. Homes should.be small., Surroundings and good air matters more .. Food ,water, shelter are the essential needs ..and needs to be give more importance to

In kerala specially in kannur u will find such beautiful houses, as there is a competition among people's whose house is bigger n beautiful, this one is also beautiful.

How Mach cost for house......
You'll find better houses throughout Kerala. I've been stunned by some of the houses I've seen there. Thrissur alone has many such houses.

My honest feeling after watching this video is, the interiors didn't seem to compliment the way the house looks from outside. Also the space outside is wasted. But as long the people living here are content such opinions do not matter. It is a huge deal to be even able to make such a big 🏠

Excellent good combination
I like the exterior, and the fact that rooms are pretty spacious but interiors could have have been waaayyyyy better. It’s just bunch of furniture put in there. There is no color scheme, no focal points, bathroom tile color was too dark and blah. Too much wood without specific design style.

doesn't looks spacious also interiors looks very busy and tight, not worth the money spent,unnecessary space wasted in landsacaped mountain instead a plain grass lawn would have been practical , car parking wont even let the car doors fully open wasted the space, all room sizes don't seem to be spacious enough and free in space, dining room won't let have space to move around the table for a person to serve when someone seated on last captain chairs. many flaws in overall interior and rooms sizes. bathrooms too look cramped

No need to be exceptional . .the home offers comfort and less maintenance costs to owner and let him enjoy the feeling of home in every way .. Beauty is secondary Primary use is to live peacefully in it

@@emilv.george9985 it's not about just living..It is about how efficient we are living..the above people who commented doesn't talk about beauty they talk about interior quality..the interior is too busy for size..most of the people doesn't have proper house to live..when someone design the house like this it is so inefficient..it is house. not a wooden forest or house of walls or house of showcases of wooden materials and stones. Interior quality should be there even in small homes cause we spend 90% of time inside..And moreover the huge lawn is one of the cruel thing one can ever do because it needs overall maintenance and humungous water and the amount of oxygen is too less..And moreover the interior planning done in this house is one of the poorest design. An certified architect or interior designer would just give 2.5/5 for this house.. Don't tell this house is designed by architect if it so I am sure he/she doesn't have enough design sense..
No offence but the garage is much more expensive than the innova!😜
