There is a pump. You have to screw it back on and pull the top up hard

Yeah there's a pump. You can see the tube. I have this #11 Amber & I love this.

you're crackin' me up with this! It really covered your darkness under your eyes GOOOOOD! That's what I need. I'm white, so mine aren't quite as dark, but they're dark, and I'm 35 so I'm getting some little fine lines under there that all concealers I've tried just accentuate really, so I'd rather just use foundation that does a good enough job on its own. I hope I can find this in a store around me bc I can't pick a shade online. I need to get my greasy hair in the shower and get out lookin' for this immediately!! TFS. You are such a beauty!

I haven't used liquid foundation in DECADES. I don't play. I couldn't be bothered with it so I used powder foundation which countered my oily skin. But when I want that supernatural look, honest to goodness, just the thinnest layer of this over my essence and the brows done, and I'm out the door. It's so amazing. I never ever EVAH would have even considered Milani - never considered them grown folks makeup. They have upped their game and I'm looking forward to their future products. Thank you for a fun video. Yes! It's a good one, but I believe it's a pump packaging you might have to pull it a little harder, it happened with mine, I used it for three days before I realized it was a pump packaging😂 squeeze & pull at the same time
