Had mine for a week 2024 sport chief in matte black … it’s amazing I’ve almost put 1k miles already it’s such an addictive and comfortable experience… recommend it over the HD low rider s … I liked it much much more … and before people comment… I don’t care how many aftermarket parts you can get for hd … I get so many compliments on my Indian 💙💯

Bonjour Juliane, voila une bien belle vidéo sur une moto qui m'attire beaucoup.

This bike looks amazing and I fell for it from the first or second sight. The components are high end and the performance follows suit. I like particularly this Ruby Smoke color and I’ve already traded in my Harley to Indian Sport Chief. I’m really excited and can hardly wait riding it when it arrives in late April or early May. Since I’m around the same height as Juliane I’d changed the stock handlebars to Cruiser Handlebars. They’ll allow a more relaxed riding position but that’s of course a matter of taste and personal qualities.

This great bike, my city, and you. Total happiness.🥰

I have seen a blue which is also very nice. Like you I'd go for the higher risers and windshield. The torque and midrange power of this bike also bring to mind the BMW R1250 as well as the Lowrider S. I don't like the silly little handlebar screen on the ST. Good to see Indian taking it up to Harley with a Sports Cruiser.

I picked the Ruby Smoke color :D This is my first cruiser I'll own, I've ridden on a few. I had planned to get a Chief Bobber Dark Horse this year but this came out & obviously it is better in every way. I've only owned sport bikes & I've been on the FTR for 2 years now. Indian just keeps continuing to impress me with their quality, their look, their innovations, & how they actually listen to their riders.

Wish they made a street fighter on this engine, would be mega cool as the kids say 😂

I've never been much of a "cruiser guy" but I like the way some of these bikes are finally becoming "sporty" enough that I could actually consider owning one. Most cruisers I've ridden have scraped/dragged in turns even at ridiculously low speeds. I could never live with a bike that did that. For me, motorcycles that drag parts in a leisurely corner are "defective". Thanks for the great review! 🤗

The perfect meshing of European styling with American 'torque is king' engine. Indian has really nailed this one.

Hard to believe that this bike is capable of sporty and agressive riding… but you look very good on it! 😅

Thanks for the review! Loved the bike, but 22 000 euros 😮 😮 Is way too expensive for what is offered! Bought a Moto Guzzi bobber V9 for less than half the price of the Indian a month ago😁.

It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it.

How did you experience the position of the break pedal? Your Austrian colleagues claimed that on the other Chief models it’s quite steep and the rider need to lift the foot from the floorboard to step on it.

The position of the break pedal was fine for me! The Sport Chief I rode did not have floor boards. I don’t quite remember how it was on the other Chiefs but if it had bothered me a lot, I would definitely remember ;)

LRS looks dated to this ... and this has much more going for it technology wise and looks IMHO ...

Indian bike's ergonomics are not as thoughtful as the Harley bikes. When it comes to the technology, suspension, breaks Indian takes the lead. Nice review.

Riding a Harley is like riding a farm tractor compared to the silky gearbox of the new Indians.

Harley has a heritage. They constantly evolved their engines through out the time. They didn't rely on just two engine platform mocked from another manufacturer. Why dont you guys make Vtwins and come out of the shadow of Triumph?

If this was given for free, I'd sell it right away and buy a lower cc scooter. A comfortable and a fuel efficient one.
