well i am only at the 6 min and 14 second mark the first thing i noiced they should have build the pool on the other said of the house flip the floor plans 180 degrees a round the second thing i would not have planted plants so close to the pool. you can see all the mess you will have to clean up every day in the pool all ready. 3rd thing is inside that house on the first floor to many wasted spaces. the fist one is right when you walk into the house from the mian doorway. the second is what he calls the bed room its more like a storage room then a bed room. if i bought this place i would knock the whole house down and start from scratch all over. yes i have seen lots of vidoes of other houses there in the philippines that has much better layout then this house has if it was me i would fire the designers of this lay out of this house and never ask them to design again. its like there was no thought into designing this lay out at all. now I'm knowing i not going like how the up floor is laid out. ya on the seound floor there is way to much wasted just like i thought there was going to be just by how the first floor was laid out. the last thing is when are the guilders of homes in the philippines will start putting a small step for the shower so that it stops the water going all over the floor that last thing you will want is a wet floors when you to use the bathroom after taking a shower. the only good thing i sees what all the materials used inside and out side looks really nice to build it. its jsut the lay out of the whole house could have been way better then it truned out to be is all.

ya bluAngelia is right you should have at lest show the location where the house was at and the asking price of the house too. oh ya one last thing you really really need to edit out the shound of your breathing in this video too or the very least is to play some type of music to mask your heavy heavy breathing. at first when you where in the house i thought it was coming from some place with in the house plumbing not from you becouse every time you had gone into the cr = bathrooms i was thinking there was something wrong with its plumpbing .

There are lots of potential buyers for the property, however they prefer to undergo bank financing which is not acceptable to the property owner. They prefer spot cash. So we are waiting for a buyer who has that money to pay the property spot payments.

The price is to high
