Just watched ur tunning video great job. Just wanted to ask you if the needles are necessary and what are they for and did you buy the hispeed variator kit with 2 pair rollers and springs ?

Perhaps there is a limitor ring in the CVT that stops it from expanding outward due to the breaking in period? And that's why you are seeing 50kmh only?

My aprilia sr 50 r 2019 goes 102 kmh all i did is i put preformance exhaust, derestrict variator and take out the restriction ring in your carburator i live in denmark/faroe islands so it maybe diffrent for you

@@MrsSlite I took away the variator restriction, but it did pretty much no change. Still no power and max 53 km/h in topspeed. I will take away the restriction plate between the carb and the airfilter, but I need to upsize the main jet then I think? I guess you must have changed your mainjet to a bigger with both the restrictionplate removed and sport exhaust? What exhaust did you get and what's your size of the main jet?

Mathias you will parely notice any diffrence untill you change the exhaust i have a gianell silencer preformance exhaust and my scooter does 0-80 kmh in about 10-11 seconds and not a bigger jet after you change the exhaust be careful the tourqe is gonna be insane i can easily go 75 small uphill and about 55-60 steeper hill

Bimbatti Giovanni mine is not full but almost. It has a visor that protects your entire face. This fits. If I find a full helmet I will let you know the result

Mivel videóban annyit tudhattunk meg hogy a top speed 80km/h mert ugye nem volt mivel lemérni gondolom tovább. Viszont nekem kipufogó illetve variátor tuningal megy 96/km/h-t. Szia. Nezd meg a masodik videot is. Abban latszik h joval 80 föle megy. Sztem kb 90-95 de a lenyeg hogy sokkal nyomatekosabb is a motor. Eleg jo lett igy.

@@ceekay2905 Ohhhhhh yeah bro, believe me thats one of the main stuff, i had 6gr rollers and now i am at 3.8 doubled the speed at start literally doubled and when u give a throttle there is not a delay between it, it just goes super quick rollers are the most important stuff and also the cheapest ;)

@@ceekay2905 With only gianelli reverse and 3.8 rollers it goes 105-110 km/h if u go straight, but if u chip it like mine it can go much faster like 140-145 but DONT

you can glue it under the seat or u can put screws

There is a blockade on 50 km/h that is why it goes 50. When you remove the blockade it can go up to 80(i am talking with experience on my motorcycle) but when you put giannelli exaust or yasuni with a good quality rollers it can go up to 100 km/h easily.

I have heard ( no personal experience) that out of the box the non R version is the faster one. Have no idea how this changes after tuning. What I know is that I will tune this little baby and it gets a full stage 6 package. Stay tuned. I will make a video from the changes as soon as the bike is ready :)

aprilia build heavy bikes so both are more then 100 kg empty but the retard motard is ac rotax and the sr r is lc piaggio engine.the best u can get now.

MASSIVE difference. SR50R water cooled made in Italy. SR50 Motard made in china, air cooled, completely different motor. 60km/h unrestricted if you are lucky lol

I'd like to see if there was any performance gain from just fitting a pipe. From experience with 2 strokes it usually does very little but part of the restriction is in the pipe I believe. Doubt it will make much difference without the carb altering. I'm not even sure if it's a spacer in the engine. It's possible to get 55mph pretty easy just with a derestrict. The big bore is much more likely to blow up from all the accounts I've read. Be nice to see exactly what just a pipe does. If only to stop getting nicked after buying one 😄

you can do everything to these bikes, upjet, rollers, exhaust etc but just try changing the dipped light bulb.... absolute nightmare

I’ve got a Leo Vince exaust for my aprilia

0 to 40 in 10 sec is quite slow for a 2t engine, my Kymco Sento 50i (4t) tooks about 8 seconds, and consumes only 1,8 to 2,3 liters per 100 km unstead 4 to 4,5 like this Aprilia. If you change the exhaust, it is getting faster, but because the two catalytic converters will be removed also (Euro 4 version), it stinks like an old "Trabbi".

Why is it so fucking slow at stock, a streetzone is going like 58 stock?

Pointless review before removing all the restrictions, Aprilia designed it to run without and thats how you need to get it running before judginv it. They are only there so it meets 50cc requirements and emission standards. But its the same as only using half throttle..

7l on 100 km with max speed of 50 km/h is super consumption? Man- there is bunch of cars with less consumption. This shit shouldnt consumpt more than 2-3 l/100 And its go only 50 becouse it has a blocade. If it is remowed it will go 80-90 km/h. No need to do anything else
