Equal pay is justified by equal output achieved in same time frame. Everyone who ever had private business knows that equal pay without equal output is business suicide pill..i think and believe that equal opportunity is correct attitude and that's where equality stops and meritocracy takes place.

Why people always like to highlight only the shortcomings as if there is no good deed at all done by d govt as if all these only happened after GE15?

Agree with u all talk but no action on govt part ..religion influence will leave the country poorer. As for women equality jst reduce the men difference in salary to women by half n give the difference to the women.
