It's been so long since the original announcement, I was starting to think I somehow missed the release. This looks great, Jonathan and team! I'm especially excited about the commentary, the improved visuals are just icing on the cake.

Really looking forward to playing it! I've been watching your programming videos since forever and remember fondly playing Braid way back in the beginning of the Indie Era when I started my game development journey. It's awesome to see this game getting a much deserved facelift and I wish you all the best with it!

Not a month goes by when I don't listen to at least one of the Braid soundtracks. Excited to return to this. The original release holds a special, nostalgic place in my heart.

It looks really nice! It'll be worth it for the commentary alone!

I would buy that for sure. One of my first indie games on ps3. I love this as much as i love limbo.

I remember playing Braid at university on my Mac, absolutely loving it then having a string of assigments that made me begrudingly put it down right near the end. I actually never finished it but as soon as this was announced I instantly pre purchased. It will be fun to go back and close that loop with dev commenatry. Also the Witness is probably my favourite game alongside Portal 2, I can't wait to see what new project you are cooking up after this!

The commentary is also a very nice idea, it was sure I was gonna get Braid AE, but now I'm really excited about the release :) I take the opportunity to say Jonathan Blow that you are, sir, a huge inspiration for me, not just as a developer/creator, but also regarding your more philosophical talks about software dev in general. Completed and loved this on x360, going to get this for the commentaries! The main problem with braid and the witness is that you can’t erase your memory and experience them again for the first time.

Yeah, I was surprised there doesn't appear to be a Switch version coming out. Will it be coming out on a different date or is no Switch version in the works?

I've somehow never played this game, so pretty excited about this - perfect for a first time playthrough.

This is one of the most memorable games I have ever played, as well as one of the most beautiful in both visuals and music. Thank you for not only creating this Jon, but sharing it with all of us. I could never thank you enough for the experience that this work of art has allowed me to have. I only have one ques. Will this game have a physical release at all? If it is at all possible I would love to have a copy of this game in my possesion for as long as I live. Breathtaking and one of the reasons I still own my 360 hard drive to this day.

I'm so excited for this! Braid as a game and the talks of Jonathan on the topic have been formative in me growing and becoming a game desinger. I think the indie game scene would generally have better games (in all genres) if all game designes took to heart some fundamentals that are shown here, and which are often present in well made puzzle games.

I have seen a lot of pixels in my time and I can with confidence say that this is more pixels than before.

Braid is a formative part of my childhood, and I'm excited to see a new generation of puzzle game players experience it.

braid is one of a handful of games with truly timeless visuals, but i appreciate that you're adding value for the majority of braid fans who are enormous nerds about game design
