The mantra is an adept combination of sounds. It is a consecrated mantra. It also has great meaning, i.e., everything is an image of the bliss of consciousness. Reciting it or listening to it for some time, preferably a long time, would lift your consciousness immensely. Most dear to Sadhguru who has recommended us to remain with the mantra for ultimate realisation of the creator. We bow to Sadhguru forbthe advice.

Branmananda Swaroopa, Isha Jagadisha Akilananda Swaroopa, Isha Mahesha Brahman means boundless or the ultimate reality. Ananda means the blissfulness or ecstasy of the Creator, and Swaroopa is the form or image of the ecstasy of the Creator. Isha is that who rules and Jagadisha is the ruler of existence. Akhila means everything, all-inclusiveness is Akhila. And that which is everything, the image of that, is Mahesha. So the Creator is referred to in so many ways. When we chant Brahmananda Swaroopa, we are saying everything is an image of the ecstasy of the Creator.

Brahman significa sem limites ou a realidade suprema. Ananda significa a bem-aventurança ou êxtase do Criador, e Swaroopa é a forma ou imagem do êxtase do Criador. Isha é o que governa e Jagadisha é o governante da existência. Akhila significa tudo, toda inclusão é Akhila. E aquilo que é tudo, a imagem disso, é Mahesha. Assim, o Criador é referido de muitas maneiras. Quando cantamos Brahmananda Swaroopa, estamos dizendo que tudo é uma imagem do êxtase do Criador.

I have the app. Turned on this chant and slept. I had a dream on a bare mountain. I was chanting in the dream until I came down from the bare mountain in the dream. Then I woke up . Slept for 3 hours.
