I’ve had little moments where people have came at me for shit on my podcast, and no matter how hard you try to play it off, it effects you. He coulda just been kind of a dopey UFC commentator. He woulda been fine. Obviously, if you’re using MONEY as your parameter for happiness or “making it”.. Then ok he wins.. But I wouldn’t trade my life for his🤷‍♂️

He has competed at a very high level of athletics, with all that being said, Brad fucks up Devin Haney. Easy. Watch James Toney(boxer) who is equal weight just look completely helpless and he trained for 8 weeks. Haney wouldn’t know his fist from his ass once he’s off his feet.

    yes, that muscular endurance energy system, and strength energy system, both greatly start to fall off after 1 minute of high intensity exercise. once hes left to run on the oxidative aerobic energy system (cardio) those muscles will be rendered mostly useless@@GgCashh451
