This story is wild, glad you fine young men are doing well! Jesus Christ... the cops did Brad so, so, so dirty here. Whole case was straight textbook Law 101 entrapment. That cop persuaded him to commit a crime. I guess that police force just interprets the law in any way they feel like? When the hunch fishing trip investigation didn't happen the way they planned, they just couldn't let it go, their gut feeling was wrong, so they escalated a nothing case to federal and international levels??? Wtf there are a million unsolved crimes far worse than this. When people talk about the justice system being a dumb self-perpetuating machine, this..... this ridiculous case takes the cake. How much manpower and money did this cost? Sounds like at least half a million dollars to me over basically nothing. 8 months to plea? Atlanta prison (notoriously corrupt, violent, as bad as they get)? Wtf? That's a literal fucking nightmare, glad you're ok after all that Brad!
