I would say out of the 3 Cars movies I would pick the 1st because even though this movie isn’t based on a true story it’s a journey and a life lesson where Lightening would only think about himself, racing and winning the Piston Cup. If that door to Mac’s truck didn’t open Lightening wouldn’t have found himself on what was really important. He saved a town that wasn’t on a map for so many years and brought cars back on Route 66. He also made friends and met a girl Sally that he fell in love with and then he knew where he wanted to be was in Radiator Springs. Same with Doc he was hiding from the world until Lightening came along and when he saw how talented Lightening was he came to realize that even though his team quit on him and never raced again he became a coach to Lightening and that made him happy again. This movie touches me so much and it taught me to be happy cause I was lost for a long time and now I’m living life happy again. Thank you Pixar for making this movie, It’s one of the best.

I was lost for the longest time until I finally found myself. That person came into my life and changed me forever as I was hurt for the longest time. I love him and I cherish him like he’s family to me.

This song made me cry a lot. It's really related with the storyline of the film and with my life. Most of the members of my family died, and i have no idea what to do with the pain. You must really find yourself to understand this song.

Agreed. Cars 2 made no sense and it was more focused on Mater, while Cars 3 was just plain boring and it would've been better if they dropped out the next gen racers

Im 16 years old boy . When i was child this movie was my favorite movie with ice age 1. And now in some years ago i found this movie again . This song is import in my heart and i wanna dedicated this song to my parents and to girl whose beutiful smile save my life to sadness, anger and depression. Cars movie in my ❤. Rest in peace Joe Ranft and Paul Newman.

Cars was my favorite when I was little. I decided to watch it after like 10 years today. I never realized how Radiator Springs is similar to my dad’s hometown. I’m sure it was a nice town back in the day. And whenever we go visit my grandma we normally go there to visit some of his friends and see my grandpa’s grave, it’s all empty and abandoned. Hardly anyone there. Idk but it makes me kinda sad

this movie and song brings me childhood memories 🥲🥲 and nostalgia.

This song is one of my favourite songs. It’s just a chill vibes song and the fact that it’s in the movie cars which is my favourite movie of all time.

I can only be myself when it comes to music, country music's best. I'm 16, and I live in Singapore City, I just can't go with the trend in music. Only country for me. Love this.

I can't believe so many people consider this movie the worst of Pixar. Really? I thought it was wonderful! It has cute memorable characters, good music, great humor, creative settings, and a very great and well-executed moral. I think people overreacted when it first came out because they couldn't expect anything lower then a five-star movie from Pixar. It could have been a lot worse. It could have been...............I don't think I even want to say what I think is Pixar's worst movie, because I'll just get pounded. But anyway, I love this song so much, and I'm not even a fan of country music.

+whitewolf1310 I was reading a fanfic for another fandom earlier and I think that this song (minus the romance part) would TOTALLY fit as the theme song. Basically a guy loses everything he loves and he moves in with his old girlfriend and her son. The romantic part doesn't work out between them but she lets him stay and staying there changes his life. He finds a new purpose in looking after and protecting children after spending a day with his girlfriend's kid (Ben) and his best friend (Errol). He starts rebuilding his life and moving on thanks to his new purpose. Though he has more misadventures than not including a pedophile kidnapper (ended VERY bad for the pedophile), an abusive father, an overprotective controlling mother (at least SHE had a semi-valid excuse), runaway kids, a monster kidnapping children (no joke) and a serial killer he helped the cops catch thanks to a day at the aquarium with the kids. That was NOT intentional, when he learned who the killer was due to an unexpected addition to his trip he quickly alerted his best friend who was a cop on the case (and the only one who truly knew who he was) and the guy caught the bastard.

I was 4 when this came out. My Dad got me interested in different cars and their history. When he told me about references in Cars to the real world, it caused me to fall in love with the movie. The characters, the story, the soundtrack!!!! It's all wonderful, and the series holds a very special place in my heart. I'm 16 now, and my opinions haven't changed. The only thing that's changed is that I only love the series even more as it's grown over the years!!!! Since it opened, it's been a lifelong dream of mine to go to Cars Land in California. It would be a dream come true!!!! =^-^=

When I moved out of San Antonio with my mom after middle school, I left my childhood friends behind as well, but I made more friends through high school and kept going until I graduated, as a result I found out who I really am; a cool go with the flow kinda guy. I watched cars as a kid too, as it was one of my favorite movies. I was lost after losing some memories of my childhood in San Antonio after moving to New Braunfels. I’m now with my dad to go through college and after I moved to his place I felt lost again but I found a way to keep going because My dad and stepmom will help me.

Beautiful song. This could very well be the theme song of Cars. Brad Paisley and Robbie Williams also did an amazing job on Cars 2 with the song "Collision of Worlds". Don't believe me, check it out. You won't regret it.
