I find employment does a good job of filling the time in between videos, but it doesn't quite do it. So I have a girlfriend and she makes me do stuff. Life stops for BA videos though.

I love how Brad is one of the few chefs in there actually aware of the "test" kitchen. Always doing tests.

I swear, when I get too stressed from life (college mostly) I watch some episodes of it’s alive and I feel better. Microbiology is amazing! Those little life forms are the best chefs ever. And brad is an epic mad scientist sending these soldiers in!

When i was learning how to make bush goon (dont ask), i found out a fantastic method of keeping the oxygen out but still allowing CO2 to release: condom with a hole pricked in it wrapped around the top of the jar/crockpot/bottle. . . Co2 forces itself out creating a seal that prevents oxygen coming in. . . Works a charm

I absolutely love the BA crew. You can tell you guys work hard and play hard at the test kitchen. I am obsessed. Good job on the editing as well. Amazing job!
