Ridiculous! Alphonso mangoes - and only Alphonso - are the food of the gods. Second place is Dasheri mango. Dekopon orange is third. Fourth place, Shine Muscat grape. Then Cherimoya, Bing cherries, Nijisseiki pears, and Mangosteen.

Every time there’s a new video of brad on the internet it becomes my new favorite video

In the early 80s my dad owned a pasta shop in Orlando FL and all the years that I was a chef I never made any mozzarella cheese so one day at the shop I was visiting and my dad said come on we gotta make some mozzarella I said OK my hands hurt for days afterwards between the boiling water and having to stretch the cheese and mold it I'd rather buy the fresh mozzarella in the store even though it tasted fantastic. But we did make some fresh mozzarella ,prosciutto and mortadella tortellini it was fantastic in a brown butter sauce topped with shaved black truffle and lecotelle Romano cheese Mmmmm.

One of the best episodes!
