Claire pretends to be annoyed at times with Brad but I can tell she really loves working with him. This is the class prefectionist working with the class clown and realizing he actually knows what he is doing. I think Claire really likes the permission to act a little goofy that she gets while working with Brad.

I just feel like by calling it multicultural, you end up putting this emphasis of 'other' on Gaby, if you know what I mean :) Like everything that isn't white or American becomes ethnic? That's all. As a minority, I hate being wedged in like that. My ethnicity and my religion will always be important parts of my identity but if I'm a chef, or a writer, or a visual artist, I want to be known as that without always having the modifier or the pressure that what I do represents all aspects of my culture or the idea of multiculturalism. Sorry for the long reply!

Watching brad folding the dough is most I’ve ever laughed at bon appetite

They’re so good together. They’re a natural comedy team like Abbott and Costello. Claire is the natural straightman, and Brad is a goof. I really hope they like each other in real life.

This was extremely chaotic, mostly banter, some cooking and a smidgen of confusion and I loved every second of it

Brioche is a tough one to explain how to pronounce. It's not Bree-oh-sh but Bree-yosh with the second syllable having the emphasis... kind of missing the y while you say it and you have to roll that R... :)
