Brabantsedag Heeze 2018 | Van Ravenstein tot Roosendaal
The Brabant day in Heeze is organized every last Sunday of August. In 2018 this was done for the 61st time. The Brabant Day is also known as 'the biggest theater parade of the year'. This year's theme 'From Ravenstein to Roosendaal'. 16 different groups traveled with their cars through the city that fell within the theme. There were groups representing something from Boxtel, Babyloniënbroek, Tilburg, Breda, Helmond, Diessen, Udenhout or Vught.
Every year, sixteen fanatical wagenbouwersgroepen and some 1,500 volunteers are active to make something beautiful for the procession of the cultural-historic parade. Culture festival Brabantsedag has been recognized on the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2013.
