Does anyone know how often you get a 5* card? Because when I click 10x gatcha always pops up a minimum of one, and when I single-click after 10 there is not even one. (So it probably follows that it is better to use 10x)

You need to draw more. You can also check card rates top right corner-Gatcha to see what photo cards you’ll acquire. Try drawing under premium Gatcha or special limited edition pack.
