@@shcaptinshmarica Its a condition where your senses blur together, such as associating images (Sheldon seems to specifically have Numerical Synesthesia so for him, numbers) with specific smells and colours. Game Theory recently did a video on Assassins Creed where they explain it a bit better (around the 10 minute mark)

They tested him to see if he was of sound mind and not insane or mentally deficient. He is perfectly sane and not mentally deficient. What he does suffer from may hamper him socially but not in any way pertaining to his mental faculties so the testing he had done showed that he isn’t nuts or mentally ill, just built different.

Sheldon 100% has Asperger's. Dunno why that wasn't even floated by anyone among the friends ONCE during the show. They just kept adding to the list of his conditions to keep him interesting. Like with his OCD, hoarding addiction, and now this. @@fuckel98

the script been written before the idea of the young sheldon, that's why there is a lot of inconsistencies with the original series.
