This era was the greatest time to be alive. I feel so grateful to have been a teenager then. This song will never stop making me feel young and carefree everytime I listen. Like I'm 15 again getting my heartbroken by a boy, hanging out in parks at night with my friends, drinking spirits straight in Brisbane suburbs. I miss it so much.

I’m from the Philppines and I had the honor of hearing these guys live when they came to my hometown very recently for their World Tour and I’m SO HAPPY to say that they still sound just as amazing as they did back then. But what saddens me is that the current generation of Philippinen concert goers are just super different compared to back then. Instead of just living the moment and enjoying the music, most of them had their phones out to take tik toks, reels, what have you. I was so glad that they stopped the song during the chorus and told everyon to just PUT YOUR PHONES AWAY. People should just enjoy concerts for what it’s supposed to be: a time to enjoy your favorite artist and rock out to their music. Once everyone just put down their phones and just started dancing and screaming to the performance, it was MAGICAL. I’m sad that it took the band to actually TELL them to STOP, but at least it happened and the concert became infinitely better. To future concert goers both in and out of the Philippines, please, please just LIVE THE MOMENT AND ENJOY.

I was listening to this album when I was 10 years old then when I was 18 now I’m 26yo and glad I’m hearing this. This album made both them summers the best years of my life

This is my favorite song of all time. I absolutely love the vibes of freedom and youthfulness this song gives off.

The time that this song came out was a great time to be in late middle school to high school. Good music, social media was still in its infancy, no smart phones, etc. I miss those days 😢

I'm today years old when I found out that the lead singer of the night game was the same lead singer of boys like girls😲

So glad that I discovered this kind of song, even though I didn't come from this era, it makes me appreciate it more and feels like I this is the one I needed the whole time. Great music is timeless treasures.

i lived through the 1990's and don't remember ever hearing about this band or this song. To me, it literally sounds like We the Kings: Check Yes Juliet.

I miss the golden era of emo punk rock, young hollywood trainwrecks, flip phones and blinged sidekicks and THE HILLS. Sweet memories of 2006.

I'm finding this song for the first time at 18. I love it, but at the same time it makes me so sad because I know this song is about something I'll never get to experience. My teenage life has been full of fear, sadness, and loneliness. I've never had friends to share my life with or to do crazy things with. I've never even had friends I could just laugh with. Any friends I've ever had found it all too easy to leave me. I'm nothing to anyone. And that becomes way too obvious when I see what a teenagers life if supposed to look like. I wish I could have had something life this while I had the time. I have too go to college soon, and nothing is going to get any easier there.

Not sure I can speak for everyone when I say this. The generation that listened to this weren't apart of the popular group in school. I'm 23, and I can confidently tell you any friends that will find it that easy to leave you weren't really your friends. I grew up poor and well mannered and was treated like dirt most of the time because of it. Most people will have several friends, but those "friends" do nothing but talk bad about you behind your back. Be picky when it comes to letting people into your life, it's not a bad thing! You may not be everyone else cup of tea but that doesn't mean you aren't someone's!

Being alone is ok, enjoy while you can. Life sucks and you just have to accept it, do not self-pity. Don't rest your happiness from external source, you can't push people around you to be with you and make friends. You are responsible for what is happening to you right now, 100%. Start to think of the most important persons in your life right now, value good relationship with them, communicate. Be humble. I know you will meet a true friend at some in life.

I was at a music festival yesterday and walked up to a stage and they where jamming to this it was a very special moment and it just touched my heart like no other song I ever heard that day and had me tearing up

My father died from stage 4 lung cancer and this was his favorite song. he introduced me to many artists like All Time Low, P!ATD and blg. This song serves as a memory of when he played this song in the car when i was 11

The first band that i have ever became obsessed with back in the day LOL. Still love them and wish i could go back and relive those years again of freedom and being young with no responsibility

Hearing this song teleports me back to my teenage years: rebellious, awkward, and constantly in need of a break from reality... It makes me forget all the troubles in my life, and to look forward to all the good times ahead!

My friend made his way of introducing this band to me in 2021. Today, he's already gone. And I still play his favorite music as a way of me honoring his life. That he was once alive, and that we shared a lot of things for me to remember. Missing you, Ken.
