I love how the dancers do their stuff anyway! Especially the man lifting the ballerina.

lol this brings back so many memories for me ....back in the 90s i was part of an entertainments team that did drag ect and this was one of the numbers we used to do! still love it classic two ronnies ..i always loved their finale sketches / skits at the end of thier shows were they took well know songs or music and changed the words or added thier own like in this instance! ..sadly now some have been cut from episodes like this and a black and white minstel one or the skit on motown the supremes they did as they are no longer PC ...its a shame realy as they were of thier time ect and the 2 ronnies were comic geniuses ! ( i much prefered them to morcambe and wise who just did the same old thing every week) not that they were bad or anything but just prefered the 2 ronnies as they wernt afraid to dress up in womens clothes ect and basical send up anyone and anything including themselves! 😉❤

I love Classical Ballet when it's done right in the boys do it so beautifully. The British of wonderful at doing the sort of thing I think if we try to do it here in the states it wouldn't be right it wouldn't look right somehow I know I'm not explaining myself very well but I think some of you will know what I mean I hope

I have the album since I was a child in the 70s, The Best Of The Two Ronnies, there's definitely a few differences between the studio recordings and the televised versions, even if it's just a slight change in the delivery or tone or lyric but in the case of The Boys In The Band there's a few differences in the lyrics too. Thankfully though nothing was edited out, to appease Mary Whitehouse. I'd say the sketch went down great at a drag act@@dizzydevil547

Not really. I’m gay and I find this hilarious and not offended at all. Don’t forget most of the outrage is often by a small group of screamers - just look at Greta.

Now the two of them have gone, clever comedy without swearing etc has died (for me) I appreciate the young stand up generation, but a lot of it to me is not comedy. The two Ronnie were not only funny but so clever with their musical sketches and with RonnieBarker his different accents and wordplay. Now we have Sarah Millican etc etc. I’m not decrying what they do but to me they are all so predictable now and they all seem to like either swearing, or lots of sexual innuendos, and I don’t then you have to do that to be funny. Anyway, good luck to the up and coming comics of today, but I won’t be watching, and I’m sure they couldn’t care less
