Nah it’s really not flexible. Mainly in the shoulders + shoulder blades area. But it is not expected from a random person on daily life

The one pose Joey had issue with his legs on makes sense because of the angle of male hips is not as wide as female hips, so it's easier for most women to sit that way.

Just tested it out with my brother and he can do it while sitting up straight. I can have my legs like that but I’m falling backwards so not really “sitting” lol it really hurts my knees and feet. But we might’ve done it wrong💀

it all about stretching in the knee/thigh. I'm (was) a men and i can do it pretty easily, BUT ! it really not recommend. It call the "W" sit and it can deform your legs the more you do it

I tripped at the beginning of the dock and hit my head on a boat shattering the back of my c-5 vertebrae. I landed face down in a foot and a half of water and was in the water for up to six minutes before my friends found me. One friend carried me 200 to 250 feet back to the dock and another friend did CPR for 20 minutes before the EMT's arrived.
