Thank you for this. I’m currently on day 15 of my period, they’re always heavy and painful. Gynecologist just prescribed me the anti-conception pill, but it doesn’t work, it’s actually making everything worse. I don’t know what to do anymore, it’s getting to the point where I can’t sleep for days because the pain is just so bad.
