"Can pregnant women go in a hot tub?" - "No.." ?? Do you know what is the reason?? In Finland pregnant women go to super hot saunas as long as they like and feel good. Like the day before the birth if they feel like it - and have done so for centurys.. (Women used to give birth in saunas before they started to go to the hospital for that about 100 years ago..) So why not the hot tub?? Would be nice to know.. Never heard of this.. 🤔 😊

@@kpt002 it can raise body temperature very quickly, so people recommend not staying in one >104 degrees or for longer than 10~ minutes 😊

i know all of these because my sister had a baby. my sister can tell which breast her baby fed from by weighing them in her hand. and also one will be smaller than the other one. so yeah, you need to alternate. and also the breast pump can be good for when the mothers breasts are getting sore because of the amount of milk she’s producing so it will relieve a lot of that pain and help reduce leakage
