Oh god do I need this. had a really bad panic attack after Christmas shopping, I get panicky around large groups of people and end up getting so burnt out. I almost downed a bottle of vodka but I managed to stop myself, I really don't do well around people.

My boyfriend not to long ago didn’t say “I love you” (has been doing that for awhile) It might not be your thing but it’s my love language then he said “find another word” then sleeps, he didn’t even sound gentle about it, if he told me “let’s find another word okay?”) I would’ve been happy) kinda felt shattered, I’m not mad or disappointed just tired of asking for affection… I know it’s selfish to watch this and feel sorry about myself but this makes me feel whole.
