I’m sure he pleaded guilty the first day at trial when he was charged with stealing so there was no need for the prosecution to provide the said picture.

What law was he charged under? People pose with guns all the time. How did it become a crime? Any lawyer, please educate me on the law he is said to have flouted.

He’s lying

For a whole community to blindfold him and escort him to the Police station, i think he has a connection with the illegal activities and terror happening within the community. From his narration, he is more guilty than the innocents he is preaching.

The guy is not telling the truth because his nephew brought the gun to him to be collected in the evening for what purpose. He is a suspect and could possibly be an armed robber and should have been given more years. He's just a liar.
