Ever find yourself daydreaming for a little and all you can think of is your ex? That time where you were in the car and you laid on their lap and felt that warm, calming feeling in your chest. Your first date, Your first kiss, When you celebrated their birthday with them...in fact, you took them out to eat at their favorite restaurant. When you went over to their house on the weekend, played with their dog for the most of it to an extent where they told you they were jealous and wished they were treated like the dog. When you kissed their forehead whilst squeezing their cheeks...feeling their face get red from the embarrassment. Giggling about it and teasing them about it for most of the day. You sit there, smiling, but then you feel that ache in your heart after you realize you don’t have those memories anymore. You feel this unforgettable feeling of despair, loneliness..it’s unexplainable. All emotions hit at once. You feel so empty, so vulnerable.

internet anonymity is nice. i uprooted my life for a girl this year. moved across the country to be with her in a state where i know no one else. we both said that we were each other’s “person”. i had my parents fly out to meet her. i am absolutely, undoubtedly in love with this girl. she’s all i breathe, all i think of. a month ago, she left me. i have been spiraling since. i was inpatient for a few days, started taking meds. stopped going to work because i couldn’t get out of bed. i can’t function. i’m at a loss right now, friend.

If you can remember the times you had together and try to move on (that will take awhile, but it’ll happen), focus on yourself, and keep moving, things will get better. It can be the hardest part after coming into a somewhat calm place after the storm of depression, but the emotions even if you voice them are there. Just know that those emotions don’t define you and that things get better with each next step. Confide in anyone, it will help to take some of the heavy ness off so you can fight. Because I just know that you have fight in you and that you can beat whatever is keeping you from smiling a beautiful smile

i didnt cry cause i was sad, i've just never heard a male voice as beautiful and emotionally raw as this one. thats why i cried.

I remember there was a time when I was constantly feeling so empty and so desperate and lonely, but at the same time I couldn't bear anyone being near me. And in addition to that I felt bad because in my eyes I had no reason to feel that way. It was only much later that when I finally cut ties with the person that made me feel that way that I realized how they really had been the whole reason I felt so awful. Only when that immense weiht was lifted off my shoulders and I was starting to get better with every day that passed whithout them I realized how much better I was off whithout them... At first I couldn't enjoy beeing free because I felt so incredibly guilty and at some point I even thought I was the one causing all the trouble to begin with but I know now that it was the right choice. I finally learned to love myself again and there are still days when I feel empty or just lonely although I'm surrounded by people but I'm getting better. Don't forget that the only one who can truly change your life if you're unhappy is you by being strong and making the choice that is right for YOU.❤

Mubu 123 I know that it gets better because I’ve been through things. I’ve lost so many people that I loved and I will never get them back. Sometimes I feel like I am drowning and I can’t do anything except to wait it out.

grace Smith that’s exactly how i feel. it’s like i’m stuck and i can’t even cry anymore. it’s more like a physical pain and this awful gut feeling when i think about it. it takes “time” they say. why does it feel like this pain is gonna last forever?

I wish I'd found this song while I could still shed tears. Now I don't even know what's wrong with me but I can barely cry, I'd give anything to feel what I used to feel again.

I dunno why but these kind of songs makes me happy nd its always give me "soul-free-spirit"......... whenever I tired or stressed.

i'm not empty to the point of not being able to cry.. but i feel empty whenever i *_do_* cry.. it's like the tears are coming out of a robot.. if that makes sense.

Not being able to cry when you need to is the weirdest feeling. Sometimes you get so close and then it doesn’t happen. I’m not even empty I’m just a normally weird person, who can’t cry.

Took a lot for me not to bawl my eyes out listening to this in public. Thank God I had just randomly came across this artist a few days ago. I instantly fell in love with his music, especially this song.

Hey random person reading this, I know life might be tough.. but you still have plenty of years to go until it ends. You cant just stay stuck on the same boy/girl... you gotta move on with your life ... you gotta keep going. Breakups are hard, especially when you loved them so much. But it’s over now, and you can do so much better. You shouldn’t spend time trying to figure someone else out, focus on yourself. Take a deep breath and just b r e a t h e it’s gonna be ok. I have a "best friend" whom I've known for a few years now, and I honestly don't think she supports me being trans or bi or she'd rather hang out with her NEW "best friend" over me. she's my first friend, and the only person I could ever trust.
