This was an interesting video concept as fitness is an important aspect for everyone. And as a sister of a "bagel man," it was fun to watch the reactions. But I do have some comments for the girls. First, Jenny, stop hitting Suengwoo. :-) Poor guy is going to be black and blue on his right side from the hitting she did. Second, having actually worked in a fitness gym and trained on the weight circuit machines in my younger years (used to bench press an average of 250 lbs while weighing 88 lbs in HS competitions), the first 2 men were not optimal. Hong Seok needed to do more arm exercises as his biceps and triceps were considerably under-muscled when compared to his chest. And Wonho needed to back off of the trapezoid exercises as his neck was starting to disappear, causing him to look almost hunched. Granted that could have been due to the angle of the weight machine. His pectorals are also almost too large for his chest, therefore causing his arms to not hang at the correct angle. The third one, the selfie, was almost close to perfect. Unfortunately, the only drawback I could see was the angle of the flexing which made his waist seem even smaller. Other than that, the inverted triangle was spot on. Minho, in 2015, was well-built and well proportional. He could have been a little more defined, especially his arms, but overall, good job. As to Moon Bin, he is a great example of awesome guns, his arms ladies. His arms are perfectly proportional to his chest, waist, and neck, an area of the body that most weight lifters tend to forget. All of this combines to make him the epitome of the perfect male body. So, for me, the hands-down winner is Moon Bin.
