My brother is a boxer. And I would go with him to Kronk Gym and see the guys practicing exactly that, Coach Carl. Thank you, Sir!

@@coachcarl757 I was at K-Mart with my mom back in the day and seen boxing gloves that she bought for me. I, m not a boxer myself, or someone who took to it naturally as my young brother. I,m two years and some months older than him. The first time we put the boxing gloves on I won that fight. My young brother took to those boxing gloves like a fish to water. The next fight of course he beat me. He was 14 and 15 years old knocking out grown men under the street like, with gloves of course. He started his family young and never fought professionally, but I never seen him lose a fight with or without gloves. I became like his Corner man and biggest fan. Not just his biggest fan, but a big fan of boxing myself. Thank you Sir, and keep up your great works!

That's a beautiful way to view life and your martial art, too much moving too quick these days, gyms need to make money! Im 51 and in sunny UK, injury and life changed how and what I train, do what you can but never stop, you are AMAZING at 56 I can't believe your dedication, speaks louder than anything. ❤️

Deontay’s best fights were against Tyson Fury. I think those fights drained him. Sometimes u find that after a match that was that tuff it’s hard to get yourself back in it 100%. Now is the time for the people that care about him to stress to him that he may want to consider retirement. Retire while you still have all your whits, you’re healthy and financially stable.

Love the way you teach, my issue is my feet since I'm flat footed. Can I modified the footwork or should take time to build my feet for correct form?
@coachcarl757

There’s no one way to do anything. What works one way for one person won’t always work that way for everyone else. So my point is modify it to adjust to u. Be willing to learn it and perfect it to the best of your abilities before you attempt to use it. Keep me posted
