Box Behnken Design (RSM) in Design Expert Software (Part 3)

In this video, you will learn how to use design expert software (v 12) for response surface methodology. I have used a Box Behnken Design in this experiment. In the previous video, we have focused on designing experiments and data analysis. In this video, you will learn about the optimization of data.

    what does the confirmation represents? does it mean we have to rerun the experiment with the given parameters?

    how to know which parameter is significant? is it look at p value? greater than 0.1 is counted as significant?

  • @TeachingJunction

    @TeachingJunction

    Жыл бұрын

    Yes you can decide on the basis of p-values. You can decide significance on the basis of confidence interval

    The RSM revealed that the sonication time of 266 s, temperature of 4.82 °C, and Tween® 80 of 3 % w/w produced the optimum CEO nanoemulsion with droplet size of 65.98 nm, PDI of 0.15, and viscosity of 1.67 mPa.s where are these values? these are the optimized value ??????

    yeas these are optimized value. Later on, we conducted experiment using optimized conditions to validate the model
