Midbus is unironically the most underrated thing from this game. Shame he hasn’t reappeared in any future games, same with Fawful, the Shroobs, Antasma and Cackletta.

It’s because during their Defeat They Have Died including Princess Shroob & Cackletta Who knows if they are stayed dead or they can respawn

I love this game so much. And Midbus was always the best antithesis to Bowser let’s be honest. Especially when he assumed a blizzard form! This game is so good.

Same , I was 7 when I got this as a surprise now I’m 18 how time flew , whenever I was I’d play this from day to night miss those time

@the crewmember with amazing armsi have good stuff but only attack i cant get past is when midbus hides the Bob omb and i keep punching but can't hit it Edit: i got past it. I never had trouble the two first times i did the game but yeah it stopped me for some reason

This boss is honestly pretty easy but I think it's still one of my favorites (mainly because midbus looks badass)

A fire turtle dragon vs a ice armadillo hog.

Lucky hits can help you in battle in a big way, 'cause any extra damage to an enemy, whether big or small, can help a lot

Man, I've looked at the remastered version of these fights, but this and for the DS version of the fights beat it out of the park for me.

you know looking back at this fight i kinda wish midbus did more stuff from his first 2 fights like maybe instead of him just walking on top of the snowball he's rolling the opposite way of the snowball or before he goes onto the ceiling he did his belly bounce first

Underrated fight

One thing that made me think _why?_ is bowser eating cheese to restore sp instead of drinking syrup

I guess since in the 3ds remake, when they saw that bowser had his own item to recover hp, they wanted the same thing for recovering bp

You know it's serious when a character who can breath fire feels a burning sensation inside their body.

Early in the game you get something called a “vacuum cube” (that thing he punched right before sucking them up) which lets him eat small enemies/objects. Then Mario and Luigi have to fight them since, ya know, he just dropped enemies on them.

I came to a video of this boss battle because I just did almost the same thing. Final Boss Rank Level 40 with the Intruder Fangs, Economy Ring and Ironclad Shell. Spammed Broggy Bonker and won in 2 (essentially 4) turns. The Bros never even got involved 🙈

The maximum hp was hit when healing, therefore the hp can't go any higher over the current maximum

He’s one of the many one-off Mario Villians who gets killed off after one game and is never mentioned again. Fawful is pretty much the only, non-bowser affiliated villians to have multiple games. Midbus, The Dark Star, Antasma, Dimentio, Count Bleck, Wart, Cackletta, Best Fitness Friends, The Black Jewel, and a ton of other great villians never to be heard of again

They don’t give most of bosses their own themes. Pretty much only Dark Bowser. There were a few more in the remake but still most didn’t which sucks

ML games in general usually only have a handful of boss themes This game is definitely the biggest offender with Blizzard Midbus, the Dark Star and Dark Fawful all lacking a unique boss theme

Me too back in 2011

I love that mario and luigi now jump onto the enemy, bounce up and land on them again. Thank you to partners in time for that.

My favorite items in the game? Those that decrease the cost for SP. So broken and so many uses.

Unfortunately for him, he's up agianst a fire/fighting type

for people who dont have this game kill the snowmen ( snawfuls ) because they heal midbus

@Pandaiscool2 That's fine, I only used the Fire Flower because the Snawfuls are weak to it. It does extra damage due to weakness

7:54 I can't believe that. Midbus is lying there on the carpet, really badly hurt and almost frozen, and Fawful just stands there watching! Can't Fawful just use one of his powers to get Midbus healthier, THEN deal with the Dark Star!

I don't show what's going on on the top screen, but basically Bowser feels something going on in his stomach and he thinks something's going to come out

@TheLuckyandHappyShow To get the Broggy Bonker you need to collect all the Blitties in the game and bring them to Broque Monsieur. He'll give you Broggy, and you'll now have that attack

@plugger543 are you going to keep pointing out how easy some bosses are?

Midbus: BLIZARD...PAUNCH! Bowser: Owch.

Dude, there are a LOT of Mario RPG's. And their battles are WAY better than Pokemon. Don't get me wrong, I love Pokemon.

One more thing. I use snack basket with the snowmen thingies because you can attack them all at once.

@kiaimom1 I played a lot of fighting games when I was younger. Had to learn the art of Button Mashing. It has helped...a lot

that is the fastest button pressing ive ever seen

you dont need to find all of them the middle door is the one you wanna go through
